The Celestial not very difficult to beat. My method is lock the wolves, trap it with 2nd skill of Phantom Thief switch position and then abusing stun to the boss. Since the boss are not immune against stun we can use it.

Using the stun method is really simple, you need to stack more negative buff to the boss, i think more than 3 negative buff is needed. Ehh..why? Because the dragon has passive that can remove 3 negative buff. And make sure the stunner, (I'm using Mu here) is on the first turn

Somehow i cannot make sure how some people failing at this, the dragon gets it's turn even after stacked negative buff, but you can always try it again. I myself has tried this for at least 3 times.
